Bigelow Helpdesk

Click “Start” then “Remote Desktop Connection” (If you don't see that listed you can search for it in the “Search programs and files” box) 
 

In the “Computer” field type “10.2.1.119” then click the arrow to the left of “Show Options” 
 

Enter your Bigelow user name in the “User name” field 

Click the “Allow me to save credentials” box 

BEFORE clicking “Connect” click on “Save As” (this allows you to create a shortcut to the connection on your computer) 
 

For ease of finding the shortcut click on “Desktop” in the “Favorites” list on the left 

Rename the file to “Financial Edge.rdp” and click “Save” 
 

Now go ahead and click on “Connect” 

You will see the following message: 
 

Click on the check box that says “Don't ask me again for connections to this computer” then click “Connect” 

Enter your Bigelow password and then click “OK” 

If you see this message: 
 
Click on the check box that says “Don't ask me again for connections to this computer” then click “Yes” 

To close the connection click “Start” and then “Log off” 
 

To log in again in the future simply double click the shortcut saved on your computer
