1. Click “Start” then click “Computer” 

  2. Click “Map network drive” 
     

  3. You can assign any drive letter you want to the drive - it's completely up to you to choose 

  4. In the “Folder” window, type “\\storage” then click “Browse” 
     

  5. Expand the list under “storage” by clicking on the arrow to the left 
     

  6. Click on the shared folder you want to map (labs, ous, projects, etc). You can also expand the shared folder to see further subfolders and map those directly as well. 

  7. After selecting the folder/subfolder you want click “OK” 
     

  8. Click “Finish” 
     

The shared folder is now mapped to your computer
